The zex kit is a good kit if you are looking for no more than a 125hp shot gain.It is also very easy to install.If you are looking for higher hp gains you may look into a NX kit.

i love mine.3 wire hook up.kit will regulate fuel and nitrous based on bottle presure.i am running a wet kit .

Anyone know how it meters fuel based on nitrous pressure? Does it cycle the fuel solenoid if nitrous pressure is low? Or, does it just not turn on until nitrous pressure is achieved?

Is a fuel pressure switch part of the box?

The Zex kits looks interesting. What all does the controller do?

everthing is in the little purple box.if pressure is to low it wont come on.iam not sure if they have a built in fuel switch.but i can remove my fuel supply line and it will not spray,so it might have 1 of some sort.sounds like it dont it.

Black- thanks for the answer here and pm.

I just spoke with tech support at Zex and apparently there is neither a fuel pressure switch or a nitrous pressure switch. This contradicts both the zex published info and what you have experienced. So, I guess the tech support doesnt know their product too well. The tech guy said the only control is from the throttle body sensor. He also suggested a fuel pressure safety switch. Supply line is 16ft.

you may have talked to someone at comp cam.they are the same people. iam running kit 82023.it is for a ford.the only difference between the kit for the ls1 and mine are the line lengths

Zex I believe has 2 differnet kits. wet or dry. The dry kit can only be used on a return style fuel system. Here is how it works. Your vacuum line to the stock regulator is cut. both end connect to the nitrous box. Under normal non nitrous useage the reagulator works as if nothing has changed. but start spraying and a very very small amount of nitrous is sent to pressuring the fuel regulator, which make the fuel pressure go up. Now the pressure rise is controlled by nitrous bottle pressue and different jetting. the more pressure the more fuel rise. The only problem I have seen with this type of set up is, if the line comes off the regulator there is no fuel rise, boooommm. The wet systems work the same as all other wet, no fancy control box, just 2 noids in a enclosure.

Sorry they do not offer a Zex Dry kit for the ls1.However if you are looking for a simple dry kit with good quality you can not beat the our dry kit.
