Dual bottle gauge options Hey guys for anyone running a dual bottle setup where are you running your gauge tap at? After the Y or before? I'm trying to figure out which gauge to get. If I tap post Y gives me some digital options. Where are you guys running them?

I agree with this 100%. Having the gauge on the bottle is great for a reference if your bottles are closed, but the mechanical gauges usually aren't anywhere near as accurate as the digital ones (plus you can monitor pressures from the drivers seat). We have drilled and tapped Y's for this before, or you can tap into the feed line by running a manifold. Let me know if you need anything and I'll be more than happy to help you out!

The AutoMeter gauges were designed to go in a gauge pod. The tapped Y would be ideal for that, and it'd be $25 on top of the cost of the Y. If you just want to run a gauge in-line in the back or on a cutoff valve up front I'd recommend our digital gauge setup. But our digital gauges are 1/4" NPT, and to run them in line you'd need a T. I have a Nitrous Outlet dual bottle setup with their manifold and an Autometer digital gauge. It has 2 outlets for the gauge and pressure regulator for the heaters, and it goes inline right after the Y. The Ultra-lite 2 5/8 digital nitrous pressure gauge is about $280 depending on where you get it.

I ran mine after the split into a mechanical phantom gauge on the mustang. How did I run the nitrous line upto the 2 gauge pod on the dash? 90 and 45 degree fittings. Now I just need to do the same on the f-body.
