Default SBE LQ9 on a plate questions

So i have an lq9 with about 30k miles on it with an MS4 that id like to throw anywhere from 150-200 at the bottom end is stock but with newer pistons good rings stock rods arp rod bolts and stock crank. Do you think this stock bottom end will be able to handle it? It will be through a progressive controller thanks for any answers!

With the proper tuning, fuel, etc, that should be no problem for the LQ9

Thank you! Anyone else with personal experience? The builder i went to doesn't think the SBE will be able to handle even a 100 shot. Now this shop has the best rep for building my car and the tuner there is phenomenal but I've done countless of hours of research and i have no doubt in my mind that my motor should be able to handle a 150-200 shot. Not that i doubt the builder he probably just doesn't want my car to blow up
