help needed to finish nitrous setup trying to finish up a car that has sat for a long time. so im a little hazy on some of the details needed to finish this up. need to buy a few things and want to make sure i get the right stuff the first time around.
it is a vic jr intake manifold with a 4150 zex perimeter plate and fabricated elbow with 90mm TB.
im running a standalone fuel cell with -4 line feeding solenoid. i bought it used and cant remember if its setup for high or low pressure. but i have a guage on it and will be testing it soon to see what kind of pressure its putting out. zex system calls for low pressure, so im hoping that its a low pressure setup since i dont want to mess around by going against the company's recommendations. and from what i understand youre not supposed to restrict a EFI pump/regulator down to carb pressures.
the part that has me a little confused is i thought you were supposed to run a -6 feed to the solenoids and -4 to the plate. but i see that the outlet of my solenoids are both 1/8" to -3 as well as the fittings on the plate being -3 to 1/8".
ideally, i would like to start the car off with a 150 shot and have the possibility to go up to 250-300 shot depending on which motor i put it on.
at what point does a -3 line become a restriction?
should i get new fittings and line and feed the solenoids with -6 and feed the plate with -4?
or is that not necessary for the power levels i intend to use?

I would recommend to change the inlet of the fuel solenoid to a 6an feed. This will will supply all the fuel to allow you to spray 150hp and past 200hp if you wanted to. Here our kits are made standard on the outlet side of the solenoid 1/8th NPT to 4an straight. We make a 4an-3an race hose to connect from the solenoids outlet to the inlet of our stinger plate. You would just need two of these race style of hoses to connect from your solenoids to the plate. The 4an-3an race hose is what I would recommend to use to support your 150hp that you would like to use.
