how should this combo run?

how should this combo run? 2002 ws6 with a lq4 with milled ls3 heads for about 10.5:1 cr. Cam in the mid 230's, kooks headers and true duals. Stock ls3 intake with a slp lid. 4l60 with a yank ss3600 and a 9" with 4.10's.
It's on 15" racestars all around and otherwise stock weight. How do you guys think it should et off the bottle and on the bottle with a 150 shot with c16 in the standalone? It also has some suspension but not a ton, sfc's etc.
