Nx billet crossbar vs stinger ||| Hey guys I am just looking for some real world input between these 2 plate systems. I will be running a 4150 edelbrock intake with a heads cam 6.0 thanks for any input

They are fundamentally 2 different plates in the way they operate. The Billet Crossbar plate works like a standard spray bar plate, and the Stinger III is its own beast. With spray bar type plates what happens is that the plate tends to spray harder on the ends of the bar, and less in the middle. There are lots of pictures of the effect online and here in the shop we just call it the 'Christmas Tree Effect'. The Stinger III though sprays outward at the termination point of the passage, giving it better distribution over the spray bar type plates. Also, with the Stinger III and that intake combo, it will spray directly down each intake runner, giving the best distribution out of a plate that you can ask for. We've had lots of people switch over from the spray bar and crosshair type plates and make significant gains when switching over to the Stinger plates. Search and ask any of the X275 racers, NitrousX racers, or any racer etc. who have switched plates and run faster on the same jetting with our setup. We have even had their sponsored racers machine/ sandblast the logo off our plate to use with their setups. Buy both and if ours doesn't flat out blow theirs out of the water then we'll offer a full refund.
PS: I don't think we'll have to worry about giving a refund

We're not the type to come on here and bash someone else's product. That being said, to the OP, what are your goals with the system? How much are you looking to spray? If it's a relatively small shot, either system could get you similar results. What I would take into account, as a consumer, is service after the sale. Call both companies and check out their customer and technical support and use that to make your decision. If you have any questions, just let us know!
