Default 100-150 safe?

I have recently installed a holley efi system on my 383 sbc. I copied a 450 hp build and am bored with the power after only 3000 miles. I jave done alot of searching and have seen mixed opinions. I am in the process of building a stroked ls2, but in the mean time i want to spray my sbc. It is not an ideal setup. 10.5:1 compression and an eagle cast crank and hyper pistons. But i have read about a couple people having no issue with an engine management system and a good tune. 3 weeks ago i was still running a carb. And my next biild should be done in 6 months give or take. Will my motor last 6 months with 100-150 shot? I know u cant know for sure, but maybe someone has done this. If i can get 6 months out of it, that would ne awesome. Then ill run 250 till she gernades.
When my ls engine is complete, of course. Any advice would be awesome. Thanks

don't go over 150 with these hyper pistons 150shot and enjoy your ride !

450hp build should your heads & cam handle 250 shot but u need retard box to pull the timing out only when the nos is on and keep it rich ,

or if want to keep distributor retarded and block the vacuum advance go with 250 until u melt th hyper pistons

Ive got the holley controlling th timing so that shouldnt be a problem. Thats what i wanted to hear.. Thanks.

Any idea as to how much and when to pull timing? Its my understanding that the holley will do it under multiple triggers,ie (rpm, kpa, tps) . What would be ideal for parameters regarding pulling timing.? Thanks in advance for any help or insight.
