Default Nitrous Newbie trying to figure things out

getting ready to start working on getting parts together to start some upgrades on my car.
plan is to do H/C/I then Nitrous.
car has the Stock LS1 in it with 241 heads(2002 car)
getting ready to go do some digging at the local pick and pull salvage. hope to come out with some good heads and maybe a 6.0 for the future.
but for now which heads would be good for a Nitrous car? are some better than others? I know the 243 heads have a little smaller chamber than my 241 and flow better also. but are there other heads that are comparable?
with Nitrous do you want a higher compression or lower? I see some of the 706 and 862 have a 61cc chamber

also what do you all look for in a cam for a nitrous motor also. Cam specs still throw my brain in a little cloud

N/A with occasional Nitrous when at the track
I still want to be able to drive it daily from time to time

I have quite a bit of the Nitrous Components figured out with the help of Brandon from Nitrous Outlet

Okay that definitely makes a difference on which way to go. With that said I'm assuming you're looking at maybe a 100-150 shot. Nitrous is going to work pretty much the same with any head, but it will respond to more compression to some degree. If it were me i'd pick my desired HCI for a n/a setup, then slap on the 100-150 shot

ok that's what I was thinking also but wanted to ask to see.
and yes will probably only run a 150 shot at the very most and most likely will be around a 100-125 shot....for now till a get a different motor done.

just wasn't sure on the heads since there are so many different ones to look for.

Yeah with just a 150 shot it really doesn't matter. 250 or more then it starts to change
