Default Installing Nitrous Outlet dedicated fuel cell

I'm just getting around to installing this thing and as you can see in the picture it looks like I need to cut on something. Is this normal when installing this unit? And can someone post a picture of theirs installed so I can see it?

I have the older style. 2 screws hold it into place. Confirmed with multimeter that both just so happen to be good ground connections.

Did you ever get the install sorted out? I'm curious since I just ordered the same kit, however mine is a '96 LT1

I have a firebird and it looks like I have to cut on the dedicated because of the bracket for the head light. it looks like the Camaros don't have this issue. I would like to see a picture of one on a firebird.

Interesting - mine is an LT1 TA ram-air hood so hopefully there isn't too much surgery required
