forged 408 and spray?
First off, never used nitrous or worked with it aside from a car we built in school that we later blew up because of a mistake made by another student.
So I have an iron 408 being built currently for road racing. Callies crank/rods, wiseco pistons, 12:1cr, super vic, 1-7/8 tri y's, PRC stage 2.5 243 heads, carb and distributor.
My question is, will a 100-200 nx plate hurt the motor?

Yes its dangerous but its not to bad once your familar with it.
Main things to focus on are:
1. Bottle pressure. 950psi is the standard.
2. Good fuel pump/psi and 93+ octane.
3. Good plugs. Usually ngk br7ef. Good for 200 shot
4. Good tune with timing pulled for the size shot.
5. Good nitrous kit. NX, Nitrous Outlet, etc.
6. Wot switch and window switch.
Get all these put together and u will have a pretty decent nitrous setup, tht will last and make plenty of hits. These ls motors are pretty tough in stock form!!
