Default N20 with 4.10's and Transgo--PLEASE HELP!!

I have a 03' ECSB 4.8 with 4.10 and just purchased a TNT 75-150HP wet kit. I am going ahead and telling you I am a N20 newbie but I want to learn. I basiclly have 3 ?'s---First- I have a 93 octane Nelson tune and read somewhere that its nor good to spray ojn 93 octane! Is this true and is there a safe way to do so?
Second- I have 4.10 gears and need to know what a safe amount to spray is!
Third- I have the 4l40e obviously with A Transgo+vette servo, some other parts that were needed to be put in witht he shift kit and a supercooler. I have one spacer in the 1-2 accum and it shift really firm will it be ok to have the Transgo+servo and spray and if so what is a safe amount to spray on my setup.
Do I need to lose the one spacer I have to make it easier on my tranny? Thanks for your help I just want to have fun with N20 but want to cause the least amount of damage as possible!
