Default Pulled plugs on 250 shot - looking for input

Attached below plugs from 250 shot on my N.O. Direct Port. I think they look rich and timing ok. Looking for input though! My wide-band showed average of 12.65 A/F in 1st, 12.44 in 2nd and 12.95 in 3rd so I was surprised the plugs looked so rich. Car ran 9.44 at 146 with 1.40 sixty. I want to move up to a 300 shot using my second stage plate with a 50 shot. Looking for input on if I should richen up any particular cylinder based on the plugs and and opinions on the plugs from the 250 shot. Thanks everyone. Current set-up is 434 c.i. SHP LS Next with forged internals, 11.5:1, 6 Bolt Brodix CNC Heads, 1/2 inch Head Studs, Martin Smallwood Nitrous Cam, Ported 102 mm FAST and 2 inch Headers with cut-outs at the end of the Collectors. Running C16 in both Dedicated and Main Tank. Car weighs 3850 with me in it. 3.73 gear. Speed Density Tune.

250 Shot with 15 Degrees timing, 8.5 psi in dedicated and C16.

They all look fairly similar fuel wise. I don't think enough to warrant any fuel jetting change. Slightly rich and judging by the base cone, can definitely watch it from back to front go lean to rich, 8 being your leanest it appears which is normal. Are all 8 ports jetted the same N/F?

What AFR does the car run on motor?

Plugs are NGK R5671A-10. Non-projected plug with 10 heat range.

All 8 ports are jetted the same. A/F on motor is around 12.7:1 at WOT

Were the plugs pulled immediately after a pull? Or do these have idle/drive time on them after?

Just a very short drive to the staging lanes on new plugs, shut- off at 1/4 mile and pulled on return road...

Okay good. They don't look horrible. Essentially you want a full turn of color which is safe. The ring on the cone looks consistent and you could probably be alright leaving it here. I am sure Brandon will step in here at some point today with his thoughts.

That #1 hole has me worried. I would double check your jets in that nozzle, with a pin gauge. That plug is crazy fat compared to the others. And, they're all fat. As far as the others, I can't tell by the picture, but it looks like there's specks on the top of the porcelain? Once you verify the jets in the nozzle, I would start pulling some fuel out of it a half a psi at a time. Leaving the timing alone, until you get the fueling sorted out. From there if it continues to be rich in that cylinder you might look at the wires or injector.
