Car Pinging like crazy

I just installed a dry 100 shot on my WS6. Everything is great but when the car reaches higher RPM's it starts to ping bad so I shut the nitrous off immediatly. Is there anything I can do to stop the pinging? BTW I am still on stock heat range plugs and will be changing 1 step colder this weekend.

Change the plugs and then get back with us.Put in NGK TR6s. Your plugs are probley shot.

Thats what I thought Dave I allready have the TR6s ready just didnt have time to put them in this past weekend. Damn I am gonna have a nitemare again about #8.

If I have to get a tune its no big deal. I might just lower the shot to about a 75 shot and change the plugs. We will see what happens after I change the plugs.

I would bet your running lean on the juice, you should richen the WOT up with the Predator. I'm sure the plugs are a major factor but the dry kit will tend to lean you out. Put a monitor on the car and see if that is indeed the case.

Its hard to say with out a plug change first.I have seen cars come in that ran great on motor but like crap on nitrous.It was the plugs.
Is it banging out or detenating.

I would put the plugs in and get a wideband on it,see where your A/F is,my guess is that its not safe right now.I personally would not spray it again untill you see where its at.
