How much nitrous can a nitrous express 3bolt plate for a 78mm throttle body shoot?

Should be good for up to 400.

 

I think the plate will flow 400 but I don’t know if these Efi intakes will distribute fuel evenly enough to do 400 guys have run 300 and 350 I haven’t seen any go 400 and run faster times and survive for a while. If someone has done 400 with good results I would like to see it though.
