Default LT1 kit application

So real quick, one of my top bucket list items is to experiment with “giggle juice”. I’m putting an LT1 into an s10. Now, I’ve read quite a bit on N2O. My plans are a very simple, 75-100 shot, dry. I was given an older, unopened NOS kit, #05115. This is listed for a fox body mustang, 5.0.

My question: can I use this kit by installing nozzle in the LT1 air intake tube just prior to MAF spraying nitrous into TB? If not, what would I need to make this kit work? Thanks so much for help!

It’s a little chilly in here. Something I said, lol? Sorry if the question is simplistic, I am reading and trying to learn. Mostly, I would just like to know what additions would I need to make this kit work with my LT1?

It can be made to work. But you have to figure out a way to get the PCM to dump more fuel. LS1s could do this if you sprayed before the MAF.
Not sure about the LT MAF setup.

why the resistance to go wet?
just add a fuel noid and some lines.

I’m not, really. I guess I’m just trying to keep it simple while I learn. I don’t ever see myself going crazy with a system, so I thought a dry shot using what I have would be easiest. No?

No sir .. wet shot is easier IMHO. You have to add more fuel with the nitrous.

And you still need to pull timing when the nitrous activates. You can do that with a Mallory 685 box.

if you have a way to tune your car, then all this is no problem... but if you don’t have Tunercats or something, you have to pay someone.
