Zex import kit on LS1????

Here is the deal there is a local guy that is selling his NEW N2O kit because he needs to pay the rent. Funny Ricer boy

Anyways its off a 96 Integra included is:

Zex Import kit the one he ordered for his integra half installed but never used complete

NOS Purge

Zex Bottle opener (just like NX I believe they are the same just different writing)

Zex bottle pressure gauge

He is selling it for 325 Cash, so I was first thinking I'd buy it and keep the purge and opener sell the kit and make some money.

But isn't the ZEX kit universal couldn't I get some bigger jets and\or a few accessories and make it work on my Z28 or the C-5 I should be picking up in the next few months????

I was going to call you in the morning

There really wasn't a part number listed in the literature I had seen with the kit. It is the bottle with the gauge, a what seems like a small N2O line (I had a NX kit on my LT1 car a few years ago). There is the control box and it goes a wimpy looking nozzle. I assume the bottles are the same on all the kits, are there different control boxes? I might look for a number on the box tomorrow. Kinda one of those one shot deals he just needs to sell it for rent after tomorrow he'll just keep it and pay a late fee. Man I'm glad those days are behind me. I'll probably pick it up worst case keep the purge and opener and sell the kit for almost the 325 on ebay....

I'll call you in the morning unless you have a line that I could reach you at this evening.. Might even be open to buying NX noids and Nozzle to make it basically an NX kit if that was cost effective????

Is the kit a wet or dry kit? If it is dry it may not be worth trying to convert.Either which way you cant beet the price.You can always sell the kit and come out with free accessories.

Its the dry kit, I was thinking maybe buying a couple of selenoids N20\fuel and just and a nozzle. But I think your right buy the setup, and put the kit on ebay for 250 starting and keep the opener\purge\maybe the pressure gauge...

Yes you could sell that system and but a nX system new for just a little more.

Hey nice FINALLY meeting you today! No I looked at it and the bottle opener and purge were used. The kit was new but to convert it would not be worth it and I didn't feel like trying to sell it. So I'm going to take Nitro Daves advice and just buy a new NX kit...

Of course I would need a car first to put it on

By the way I looked at Kelly Blue book on that Vette and trade in is 24,000 and retail is 33,000 So the dealer expects to make 9,000 off of it I DON"T THINK SO

I think my qualifying offer of 27 was MORE than fair and they almost laughed!!! Oh well when the vette sits there for 3 months maybe they will change there mind and sell it to me for 25!!!!! Bastards
