Hopefully I'm not too late on this. The stinger plate will NOT work on a CID intake. We have the LS3 4 inch. We run the Sledgehammer Plate up to a 500 shot no problem. Being we run a Wilson 4 hole taperd. We thought the Sledgehammer would be the way to go. Not to mention you see the Sledgehammer dominating most races with top 4 finishers. We have an 1100 Pro Systems Nitrous Dominator on ours.
Nitrous Outlet will tell you flat out the Stinger won't work for that intake. They suggested a spray-bar system that goes inside the intake. The best setup hands down is a fogger.
Which ever setup you get make sure you get a self resetting burst panel plate to go on there. Will keep you from messing up the throttle blades on the carb from a backfire.
Also get a good progressive. The promax Nitrous outlet has is probably the best Imo.

Make sure the vendor you get your system from knows your running E85 because the solenoids will be built different. If you haven't bought the E85 carb yet. Do yourself a huge favor and stay race gas. That **** is a pain in the *** and corrosive as hell.
If you do stay E85 watch your AFR's closely. Ours would slowly lean out as the jelly the E85 would produce, slowly filled the bowls and blocks. We had to clean them after every 2 passes to keep consistent. Went back to race gas and haven't had to touch it since. We were scared to spray it because of this and didn't, so we went back to race gas. Dam glad we did. We have 2 E85 carbs for sale. A Sullens 4150 850 QuickFuel and a brand new never been on anything 4150 1050 QuickFuel. Both HR and Sullens told us the 1050 was way to big and suggested a 4150 850 for our 427. Car ran great but dam all the extra maintenance that went with it.
Best of Luck on whatever you decide. Just a little food for thought.
