This seems a little ridiculous about the piston swelling. How can you avoid fuel that has an additive that will cause the piston to swell and stick? Amoco Ultimate 93 is what I use too.

Is this going to fix the problem? To those who have had fuel noids fail, what caused them to fail, and what did NX do to fix it?

I don't think anyone really knows what has caused them to fail, but NX has allowed people to send their rails in and they replace the malfunctioned solenoid(s) with a new one and send it back.

You know guys, I think its time we cut our losses. The more and more I hear about NXL problems with A/F, rails, lines, 'niods - I am not sure if I want to run this kit anymore. I like NX, they make excellent products, maybe we should ask for a "trade" in for a MAF kit or something else.
I know the DP is nice and looks great, but its just simply does not work

I concur. I would like to trade in this kit for credit on a LSX kit that they have made.

That LSX kit is sweet. Is that sold by NX or is that a custom job. Where does the fuel supply come from. Is that kit designed to work with a stand alone fuel supply or can you still tap into the stock fuel rail. If it taps int o the stock fuel rail then I bet it sees similar fuel problems like our kits. If they can not get the NXL fixed it would not take much to convert our kits to the LSX or to a direct port. This is my back up plan. You could still use the nozzles. Re-install the factory fuel rails, then buy a fuel rail and nitrous rail to feed the nozzles. It woudl be nice if NX would give us some kind of exchange for our kits, but I would not count on that.

Nice looking kit, I remember that post now. I am thinking about going back to "keeping it simple". I would gladly swap out this NXL kit for a MAF kit that actually works. I have not found one bad post about the MAF kit.

It would be nice if NX was going to offer to swap out the kits. I think they have a great idea, and it will work but i am not comfortable with the NXL kit and dont want to lose yet another season of no spray.

Well, I'm kinda with you guys. Even though I installed the kit and had planned on attempting to get it tuned, I'm still very unsure and still very leary to even try it. If nobody else can get it to work properly, I seriously doubt I'd be able to.

I have thought about selling it, but who the hell would buy it now after everyone has read about the problems with it? Nobody

If they allowed us to trade it in for credit on something else I would do it - custom DP LSX kit, MAF kit, whatever. I'm just not sure what our options are. If they won't allow us to trade, then we all will be stuck with it as either a wall decoration or we'll have to wait until they fix all the jetting and solenoid bugs it has.

I'm really kicking myself for not getting the NOS NOSzle kit right now when I was trying to decide between the two.
