Default Nitrous question

I am new to the nitrous seen and I was just wondering a few questions about it. I was wanting to know what ideas to pick up extra to insure the safety of my engine. I have a 6-speed and I was wanting to know how to shift when I am using it, I am planning on getting a full throttle activation switch. I just need to know if I should power shift at all times or shift normal. Thanks for the help.

This was is a list of everything that I bought to run nitrous on my M6 Z28..

Nitrous Express Wet Kit (used)
-NX-20920-10

NX Jets
-75
-100
-125
-150

Jimmy Jams WOT Switch ( You can't spray unless you're WOT to engage switch)

Gen X2 Upgrade

-Bottle Warmer ( Gives you maximum HP by providing best PSI for nitrous)
-FPSS ( disarms your nitrous system if fuel pressure gets too low)
-Blowdown Tube ( vents nitrous out of the cabin in case of too much press)
-Blowdown tube fitting ( required for blowdown tube)
-Bottle Guage (not necessary, but good to have)
-Purge Valve ( not necessary, but helps to give that immediate hit)

MSD Window Switch ( allows you to spray between preset rpms)
MSD Pills
-3000
-6000
NX Style Switch
NX Remote Bottle Opener
NGK TR6 Plugs ( YOU MUST RUN COLDER PLUGS)

I hope this helps...

a full bottle a couple jets {same hp shot} couple selonoids and a button. Then go tear peoples *** apart.
Suposedly if its a dry kit if you put the jets b4 the air sensor it will richin' up the fuel a bit. More than likely i am wrong thought so please dont quote me on it. unless im right then, you are very welcome.

i think if you powershift and do not have a window switch you will hit rev limiter, fuel will cut off, you will run lean and detonate

m6 should really get a window switch unless you are perfect and never hit the rev limiter or miss a shift

Deff a window switch. It is a real cheap piece of insurance compared to a new motor.

I highly recomend not power shifting on it unless you want to do some repairs. I learned this the hard way on my last car. Just get a window switch and a FPSS and you shall be good.
