Well, I know several companies that I WOULD buy nitrous equipment from. Now, I know at least one that I (or anyone I know) will NOT buy from.
Looks like you might want to beef up that advertising budget, and take the hit on your overhead, because the word of mouth marketing seems to have backfired.

We got new noids from cold fusion

F.Y.I. A bud and I traded in some old noids for new ones today. I was very impressed with the customer service/quality and will be doing more business with cold fusion. thanks for all the good info. keep up the good work.
