5177 question??? how many solenoids come in a 5177 kit???
the used kit i've got only has one with the output going to a t-fitting for the two nitrous lines in the airbox. why do i have a sneaking suspicion the guy i bought the kit from didnt sell me the second solenoid that should be there??? does it really need to be there????

i dont think it was replaced, its VERY small.i can't really read anything on it as it is fairly old and the sticker is kind of worn. the guy who sold it to me is a friend of mine and he promised me that it worked fine when he took it off. i was just wondering if maybe HE bought the kit with a single solenoid. maybe i should replace it or add a second one for safety??? if so, what size should i go with???

i agree with Raben. purchase two new noids. it would be smart to do that anyhow with a used kit. they aren't terribly expensive. but if you are tapped for money have your buddy give you your money back. I wouldn't trust that kit he sold you at all.
