Default lost compression

Started with a completely stock 2000 SS. Added air lid, free mods, true duels, and 3.73 gears. went from 13.85 to 12.95. Then I added a 100hp dry shot and O'boy 12.3. Never pulled the trigger below 3000 rpms. Now I have a small problem . Loosing power. Compression down across the board. It's anywhere from 190 psi to 90 psi. Not blowing any oil. Sound like scorched valves to anyone? Should I pull the heads or pull the engine? And if it's pull the heads is it easier to pull the engine? My baby has 59,000 miles on her. I do all my own work so labor is cheap!

Im going to put my opinion on burnt valves.Of course you know how it goes.It could have taken a piston with it.You must have leaned out bad.
