Stand Alone Fuel System?

Stand Alone Fuel System? I'm trying to get a stand alone fuel system going for my NX Kit. I've had a fuel cell fabricated that will allow me to use my stock intank fuel pump out of my 99 SS. Here's my questions:
Will I need a fuel pressure regulator? If so what type? I'm running a return line back to my fuel cell. I thought I could regulate the pressure using a fuel jet in the return line.
Does the 1/8" or so line coming off of the fuel pump have to be hooked up to the return line or just let it set in the bottom of my fuel cell?
