Default Timing Tuner's Window Switch Function

I was reading the instructions for the Timing Tuner and am trying to figure out if it gives you the option to not spray through shifts. Is that what the Maximum RPM function is?

Yep, you set the "window" to close just before the shift.
FYI, I've been asking around wether or not to spray through the shift and the general concensus is that it is faster, but harder on parts.
