Default Nxl Customers Time Critical

After much testing of the NXL system and after talking to literally dozens of satisfied NXL customers Nitrous Express has concluded that there is a unknown problem that is plaguing at least three of its NXL customers. To these customers, and any others that we may not know about, Nitrous Express is offering to exchange their NXL systems for an equal value NX product of their choice. To our customers that have had fitment issues with the NXL systems Nitrous Express will gladly offer you any updated mounting or plumbing retrofits free of charge. As to the accumulator, it is not required on all LS1-6 vehicles, if we added it to the NXL system it would unnecessarily raise the cost of the system to the those customers and give them a piece of hardware that they do not need. If you are a customer that feels that NX has treated you unfairly please PM me so that every issue might be addressed to your satisfaction.
If you have an issue please contact me 888-463-2781 940-767-7694.

Ricky
That is VERY awesome that you guys are willing to do that and exchange the system. I do like the rails/DP and want to give them a fair shot on the dyno to make sure it wasnt some outside variable. I am assuming I am one of the three but I am curious as to what kind of leway you would give on time for me to get to the dyno and make a couple pulls. If it works out fine then I am more than happy keeping it because I still feel like it is safer than any wet/dry setup.

I guess the other question is if I still have problems after the dyno do I have to return the entire setup including bottle, 14ft line etc or can I just send back the rails, wiring and nossles and exchange for the other kit minus the universal stuff. That may be a pain for you guys so I figured I would aask.

Again let me know what kind of time I would have to get to the dyno because I would rather keep the kit if it puts down the numbers you guys got out of yours.

Thanks
Mike

I'm in the same boat and have the same questions. I still need to order the new jets/lines from Ricky since I haven't had time yet, then install everything and get the car to the dyno to see how it does. Thanks Ricky you are awesome.

Ricky,
Thanks for stepping up and taking care of all of this. You have restored my confidence in NX. I have not yet ordered my jets and lines either, but I will be on the phone today to get it done.

Yeah, I just ordered up from NitroDaves a NX Maf Plate system with the Gen-XII upgrade plus a few other little helpers.

I am soo confident I ordered from the right company.

This so called mysterious problem.. whats it causing? Lack of power? Kit not working at all? Let us know, so if we run into something weird.. i dont take the whole car apart to only find out it was just the nitrous.

Thanks.

TOTALLY HAPPY CUSTOMER:
