Default What’s the best way to test solenoids?

I just want to make sure fuel and N20 is pumping before I spray on the dyno.

I take the fuel and n20 hose off the fogger and have someone hold them towards a shop rag while I defeat the WOT switch and rev to 3000 to flip the window switch and verify fuel and nitrous are flowing. Then make sure N2O and fuel stop when the noids close.

I'm not sure this is the most scientific but it gets the job done.

you can do it by yourself.. I did .. all you do is put both lines in a cup and cover the cup with a rag. Then open up the throtle past 3000 rpms...it will scare the **** out of you the first time you test it. after all is done reconnect.

this is how i do it on my system:
1. disconnect nitrous and fuel line from solenoids
2. bypass window and fpss, by grounding the proper line directly
3. just start the car and push the WOT switch by hand, you will hear/feel the solenoids click
