Default Too rich with my jets

5.3 truck feeding fuel off the fuel rail, I threw in 65/36 (allegedly a 190 shot is 65/35, but my speed shop didn't have the 35) and was running too rich (low 10's). Went to 65/34, no change. Then 65/31, still too rich in the low-mid 10's. I'm using the NOS Annular Discharge Fogger nozzle which is supposed to be their good, higher flowing nozzle. What do you all think? Thanks.

Are these numbers (low 10's) from a wideband or the stock O2's? I'd try backing down on both jets to like a 100-125 shot and see if that gets you the desired A/F ratio. If not you may have a nitrous delivery problem.

Yep, wideband. The only problem with backing my shot down to 100-125 is it won't give me the desired power I need to get into the 12's. But I guess it would show me if I have a delivery problem.

Doh! I think you might be on to something here. I'm using the NOS Super Power Shot which is allegedly good to 175 HP, and the Super Power Shot Fuel is rated to 200 HP @ 6 PSI. My fuel system is around 55-58 PSI, so I think that might be flooding it right there. Any thoughts on that?

On my carb'd mustang all I could get at the rear wheels thru a super powershot nitrous solenoid was about 140rwhp... so you are having the same problem I had. Time for you to buy some larger solenoids or go to a two stage system
