Default New best on 200 shakedown pass

I went to cecil last night to try out the 200 jets. Track was packed and there were a lot of spills/breakages so I only got 2 runs in 1 on the 200 and 1 NA for comparison. I was running 7 gallons of C10 in the tank and pulling 8 degrees of timing to be safe. My ET streets are pretty much shot (too much street driving..lol) so I took it very easy off the line especially after seeing fireball go up in smoke off the line with one of his 7000rpm dumps..lol. I eased off the line NA and then floored it to activate the fun gas. On the 150 jets it runs 10-1 A/F ratio so it is prob the same for the 200 using NX's recommended jetting. The car pulled like a **** and power was smooth all the way down. I knew I had a good pass when I was taching more than usual at the big end.

Timeslip:
1.592
4.294
6.595
106.73
8.588
10.277
133.24

compared to my previous 150 best of
1.437
4.199
6.565
103.79
8.615
10.354
129.14

Na run (setup for bottle):
1.711
4.865
7.511
92.84
9.810
11.760
115.83

My 60ft was about 2 tenths off and I figure with a new set of meats high 1.3's should be easy and I should be able to click off a 9 sec pass. I would also like to put timing at 6 degrees and see how the car responds. Time for a wideband. I want a single digit pass lol

Later
Matt

Setup is nothing fancy. GTP Stage 2 LT4 heads/intake, GTP-6 cam (235 242 112lsa), TH400 with a 9" nitrous verter~5200 stall on the spray, 3.70 gears, ET streets 28x12.5x15, eagle h-beam rods, forged pistons, stock polished crank, 2 bolt mains, and 200 NX single fogger kit.
