The key to learning about cars, trucks, engines, engine mods, nitrous, turbos, blowers, etc... is reading, reading, reading. This place has all the info you need, just not in one nice clean little post. The sticky notes at the top of most forums is a great place to start your quest. Good luck.

Ok, what's stall first off, and also when you use nitrous, you push a botton to use it but will it stay on as long as you hold it down, or will it just shut off after a while? And what are long tubes and open headers(it's not nitrous but I want to know)? And I will try to read more if I find anything helpful, thanks.

Not to be a dick, but you need to go to each of the forums that you have questions about and just read. The FAQs at the top of each will answer most of the questions that you just posted..
Nitrous... most, if not all of the nitrous users on the board use a window switch. You arm the system and thats it. You set the window switch for the circuit to be activated between certain rpms (3000-6000). For that set rpm range your car will spray the nitrous. Once your rpms drop below 3000 the car won't spray anymore.
Stall = Torque Converter (automatic transmission)
Longtubes... Exhaust Manifolds Pacesetter|Hooker|Kooks|Grotts
Open headers is just that.. Headers with nothing connected to them.. extremely loud..
