Default FPSS Help! Please!

Ok I bought a FPSS and Im trying to figure the best way to do so. The only way i can possibly see me doing it is have a single gauge to bottle adapter or whatever you guys might call it connected to my fuel noid and the FPSS connected to that. I am going to be coming off of my shrader for fuel so I could connect closer to the shrader rather than closer tot he noid. Is it gonna make a difference either way? Also Ive seen pictures where someone has the FPSS connected straight into the shrader-like plugging it. Say someone was doing that and was teeing into their fuel line somewhere else how would the FPSS be doign its job? Couldnt it not work in time this way?

Many Sponsors carry this type of fitting. This Pic is from Dyno Tune's Website.

Ok, so is it better to connect that fitting to the schrader valve or the fuel noid? Does it matter...will it give the same reading?

All of the FPSSs that I've seen have been mounted on the fuel rail.

OK what I plan to do is get my fuel from the fuel rail and and use a single purge/gauge adapter to conenct the FPSS. I have seen in pictures where someone has the FPSS screwed directly into the fuel rail. How would this work since they are obviously getting fuel from another another source like a T in the main fuel line. Another thing what exactly is the size of the Shrader. What fitting would screw into it?

The Shrader is trypically 4AN. You can get a cap at home depot to cap off the male part of the adaptor(get the two hole adaptor). This way you have plenty of expansion on the dynotune adaptor so you can add one of our fuel pressure gauges in the future.

Cheers

There are 2 Shraders correct? One on each side? The reason I ask is because ive seen pics where somene has the FPSS plugged directly into the shrader valve and Im asking myself how the hell is that working unless there is a shreder valve on both rails. Is this correct?

The fitting actually goes over the schrader valve.. I've included a few pics of the fitting on the FPSS that I just received.

I'm pretty sure that its a 4AN connector
