Ambiant temperature and bottle pressure

Ambiant temperature and bottle pressure What temperature (outside air) would it need to be outside in order to maintain sufficient bottle pressure. I know I need a gauge and either a heater or a torch, but what if it were like 70 degrees outside?? What I'm asking is, how warm out does it need to be in order to maintain bottle pressure?? Not looking for exact bottle pressure numbers, just a ballpark.
This chart is off of NOS's website to sort of give you an idea. If you use a bottle blanket the bottle will hold it's pressure for a few hours once it's up to temp(if you don't spray during that time).
