Default Wiring 2 Stage Kit to Work with 6-Speed.

I am looking at running a 2-Stage Kit in the new future on my new setup. My question is how do I properly activate the second stage without running it off a separate push button?

What I have in mind is using a first stage activated off a WOT microswitch. Then using a Digi-Set timer for the second stage with the timer being activated through the WOT microswitch that activates the first stage.
My problem is what happens when I lift ever so slightly begin shifts....the Digi-Set resets itself correct? So without having to run a push button or a high dollar N20 Controller like the NX Maximizer....how do I safely run a second stage of nitrous with a manual?

Thanks,

Dave

I think I have figured it out, but I am interested in hearing all the options. The Digi-Set could be activated by a RPM switch and just as long as the RPM switch was set below where motor RPMs fall after each gear change then it wouldn't reset the Digi-Set. But what if my launch RPM is higher than that RPM? Then the Digi-Set would be hard to properly setup because if the starter is slow in starting the tree the timer would begin and I would have difficulty with it coming in at the proper time consistently.

I know there is an easier why to do this, but it is too early and I am not seeing it this morning so I am just brainstorming and thinking outloud.

Thanks,

Dave

why not just use two window switches?

unless your spraying a very large shot ...and only doing it at the track from a stop...two window switches is the way to go.
Set one up to spray at 3000 rpm..and the pther one halfway to your redline.....say 4700 rpm. Then both off 100 rpm before redline. When its setup this way and armed..you can grab any gear at any rpm and just mash the pedal. You will always be in the power.
