Did you read the help file? It tells you how to configure the outputs.

Are you talking about this?

Output

Output signal is to ground.
You can create your own qualification used to command the output.
Each box in the grid represents an individual output on the interface. Use the above picture as a guide.

To add an output to the table display, select the box in the grid that corresponds to the output # you are using on your interface then right click and select insert.
The insert menu will display a list of Vehicle Parameters and Enhanced IO inputs, which you can select from to use for your qualification.

Output Configuration

Output will be commanded to on when your qualification is true. Output will be disabled when qualification is false.
You have 5 qualifications to choose from:
 • < # >: Parameter is within range.
 • Greater Than: Parameter is greater than value.
 • Less Than: Parameter is less than value.
 • Equal: Parameter is equal to value.
 • Not Equal: Parameter is not equal to value.
Frames Required is the number of consecutive frames that must either pass or fail your qualification to force a change in your output state. It is highly recommended you set this value to 2 or higher. If you have this set to 1 and have a packet loss, that individual packet loss could cause the change of state for your output signal

Yes, and the wiring is in the beginning of the help file under Connecting to the Vehicle. 2 outputs, one turns it one, the other turns it off. Only problem is, I'm not 100% sure if you can have something turn off, only on. So I guess we need some additional assistance for this question.

yes, you can have it turn off too. It just powers a relay which could be wired to either power on or off a circuit. Just wire in series, NC contacts and NO contacts on to turn on and one to turn off.

Doesnt it bother anyone that the only time it will work is when your dragging your laptop around? Just buy a window switch and be done with it.
