Default How to hide 10lb. NX bottle?

I have 02 SS and i want to hide the bottle. I have seen them in between the back seats and in the t-top holder compartment. Is there anywhere the bottle cannot be seen? Thanks

So there is enough room to fit it in there...cool! Which way should the bottle face? Valve towards the front of the car? Is there any kind of bracket that will make the install easier? Or how do i bolt it in with the bottle brackets i already have? Thanks

valve up and towards front of car with line pointed downward. i'm a dangerous person. i just slid it in there and put some old pillows around it. but others have mounted the bottle to a board and then put it in there.

I went to Lowes and bought some metal framing, about 4 to 5 feet worth and cut it into measured links with a dremel. I used self tapping screws to mount it ... be careful not to go near the gas tank or go through your fender. Mine looks pretty damn good but i took my time. I had to take the rear 6 x 9 out so that my blow down tube and bottle opener would fit. I am not worried about that because i have subs that drown them out anyways. But the pillow method does work if you dont want to put in a lot of time, just watch out for the bottle heater with all that cotton and down if you go that route.

I dont know if i would concider that hidden becasue that is the first place everyone wants to look for a bottle when I race. EVERYONE knows that spot and look there right away. ATleast that if you are running for money. For free runs that spot would be fine .

Either the spare tire or use a big duffle bag and put it in that. We did that on a buddys car people would look everywhere but in that bag. lol

I have 2 20 lb bottles mounted where the back seats used to be and wireing everywhere under the motor.
**** hiding the Nitrous.

Like 4 years ago I had the nitrous hidden in the spare tire area.
I had a race coming up and the other guy was faster then motor on motor. We bet $$$ and he lost. **** talking went through the roof and he swore I sprayed him (which I did.)
He wanted to up the ante but I had to pull my bottle out.
He was already down a good amount of cash and we decited the following weekend it was on.
I ran over to a performance motorcycle shop and bought a used cycle kit for 500 dollars. Came with a nice little 3 lb bottle which I hid on the other side of the car. Sprayed him with the biggest jet I had (50 shot) and beat him again.
He paid me which paid for the new kit.
I ran him twice and my boddle was empty.

Im a fan of the hidden kits. I got my *** handed to me by a 2002 like 5 times . The guy swore it was stock and he even had a passenger. I knew something was up with me getting walked on . About a year later I ran into his friend and he was like dood we hit you with 2 stages and emptied a whole bottle beating you. I was damn I was right. But to be honest after I got home from the race I just started ordering more **** for my car and went looking for him to race again. HE actually cracked his block a couple weeks later on a 250 shot. S there was never a rematch. But he got me good and he deserved the win.
