I see from searching that they need to be gapped between .42 and .30..

I will be running mostly n/a so what it the hottest I can get away with? Mostly I will be running a 75 shot but sometimes ill run a 100 shot.

.040 should work fine with the smaller shot. At 100, maybe close it down to .038 and 150 around .032-.035. My car ran its best NA with TR6 at .038, then nailed a 175 and started messing up the plugs.
