Default For those with Direct Port...

For all of you that have a direct port setup on your car, which did you go with? What i am looking to do is run a 150-200 shot on my cam only, stock bottom end LS1. What I have been looking at is the NOS08301 direct port, NX20220 direct port, cold fusion direct port (don't know part number), or doing a two stage NX maf kit of 100/100. any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

go with a nos kit. i have a few friends having problems with nx and other kits. I know there are die hard nx fans here so this is just my opinion.

LMAO at Dave
NOS Pro Race Fogger here. The NOS Sportsman Fogger would be your best route, plus it's inexpensive.

I run a NX direct port with pirahna nozzles and the rail upgrade. Never had so much as a hiccup with it. Flawless operation every time all season with the progressive controller (NX maximizer).

I belive it's the solenoids and some lines are bigger. These are the biggest difference.

I have a pro race fogger. The difference is bigger cfm noids and a -6an line from the bottle instead of the -4an line.Down side is you need two bottles instead of one.I had to much bottle psi drop when opened with the -6.

well, i want to start out at 150-200, and then eventually go bigger...i think i am going to do the nx maf kit, and when i decide to go bigger, just run a dual stage. there are a few users on here that have done that with no problems.

The Pro Race kit also uses stainless B nozzles. Unless you plan on over a 250 hit, then stay with the sportsman.

I built my NOS kit for under $600. I have used NOS in the past and had no problems.
