who makes the plate that boes between the TB and intake?

Default who makes the plate that boes between the TB and intake?
I have seen a few floating around, and I do not know who makes the plate that goes between the intake and hte throttle body.

How is it setup just one jet? Can you get one that has two like for a F1 kit or F2 kit?

it's slotcar or something like that. I think. I've seen it a while ago. I'm sure you can set it up like that.
