I did it the easiest way I had heard of, just under the lip where the airbox assembly sits. Then you can run each line to each side of the lid easily.

I made a bracket that goes to the top hole of the LS1 style TB on my old setup. Hard to see the noids but you can see the bolts. The noids are laying flat.

Does anyone have pics of the solenoids mounted in a semi-hidden location? I know they can't be too far away from the airbox but maybe someone has came up with a way to mount them and run the lines so that it doesn't appear that you're spraying if someone was to glance under the hood real quick.

I've mounted mine directly to the front mount on my FIPK, down next to the hood latch, on the fiberglass supports close to the headlights, and now they are mounted where the AC canister used to be.

A commonly used method is to mount the noids (must be small ones, super powershots or something) underneath the airbox base plate (the big black plastic thing that sits on the rad support and the air lid clamps to.) then run a short length of line through a hole in the base and directly into the bottom of the air lid neck.

There are pics of this somewhere on this site.

Thanks for the info I found a couple of pics after searching a little more on the forum. I don't have a regular airbox though, I have the one that came from SunCoast Creations that sits directly on top of a radiator shroud. I'm hoping I can get enough room under the shroud to mount the solenoids and drill a hole large enough to run the lines through the shroud and tap them into the bottom of the airbox just before the MAF.

Here's am old shot of my engine bay to give you an idea of what I have to work with.

Dave, didn't mean to hijack the thread though... sorry!

Here are pictures of the old setup. I wanted to try putting the jets in front of the filter before I went drilling holes in the airlid. Shortly after, I decided to run the lines to the airlid and clean up those wires.

Here's my bracket:

Here 's my mount:

Here's the whole thing installed.
