I am planning on installing a Fuel Press and Nitrous gauge, I dont want to put gauges on the pillar or on top of the dash. Any pics would help me out alot, I did a search but found nothing I liked. Thanks

You could do something like this but with a complete panel to cover both vents.

Gm Muscle,
I thought about something like that, but I need to mount 2 gauges also and didin;t want to cover up both vents. You think two 2 1/16" gauges would fit ok on there?

It probrably wouldn't work. If you where able to sqeeze two in there you would find that once you drill your holes in the plate it would be really flimsy. The fit probrably wouldn't be so great either.

I mounted my N2O pressure gauge in the console, where the ashtray used to be. You could mount one in the AC vent and one in the ashtray location.....if you're not a smoker. Sorry, I don't have a pic, but I could probably get one if you need it.

Default gauges

Here is a picture of the dynotune gauges that I just put in on my a-pillar. I do not know why the bottom one came out fuzzy but atleast it will give you an idea of what they look like. I beleive there websiste is www.dynotune.org. Now these gauges come in different color displays. They are red, green, and blue. You can also get them with a black face with white letters and a silver or black bezel. The size is 2 1/16 " or the come square. Hope this helps.

i just came up with this idea and im having the visors made right now. what im doing is im getting the dynotune square gauges with no packaging around them. im mounting the nitrous pressure, fuel pressure and a/f ratio gauge in the sun visors. i also installing an inline switch so that way i can turn off the gauges when im not using them. i got this idea from a friend with a turboed honda that has the digital boost timer mounted in his. i dont know how it is going to turn out but i should have them back in the next couple weeks. just thought i would put in my .02.

Here ya go. It wouldn't be the best place to mount a gauge that you need to monitor while driving (A/F Ratio, Oil Pressure, Boost......) but it's fine for N2O pressure.

Another option is to buy the dynotune gauges without the packaging and mount them anywhere you want. Some folks also use the key chain size gauges and pull them out when they want to see them.

Hey Dave,
We offer our gauges in a "Keychain Remote Size". They can be placed anywhere with velcro or however you want to mount it and just access it when you need it.

As Dan mentioned a lot of guys buy the gauge without the packaging and custom mount it wherever they like! Typically cut into the dash or some plate on the center console.

Dean
