Well to make the story short, I have dual stage on my car bought 2 purge noids from NX and one of them didnt work from the factory. I tested it with the right voltage. The other one works fine. Anybody got any info on where to send it? I bought these 3 years ago and this brand new one that didnt work has been sitting in a box. I heard NX has lifetime warranty on this kinda stuff.

 

I would try giving NX a call or maybe the retailer that you bought it from?

 

Yeah well the retailer formerley know as Racenet shut down. I guess NX is the only place to contact. I just thought one of these venders that sell NX would know.

Ok here is how you send these in for warrenty.Call Josh at NX he will give you a RGA number.As long as the coil is not burned up they will rebuild it and send it back to you for the cost of shipping.

Appreciate that man. I got a question how do you know if the coil is burnt up exactly. I loosened the nut on top of the soleniod to see what it looked like inside. I reall couldnt tell much. Like i said before when i purchased, i never even got to hear it click. Any tips on how to check this internal coil?
