Wll depends on if it's a digital or pillbox style switch. Both mainly use a power wire, ground wire, signal (to tach output from pcm), and a normally open and normally closed contact. There should be directions on the msd website. Do a search in the nitrous section and you'll find plenty of wiring schematics.

Wire it up like the direction say and do a search for the correct tach wire. We just did my buddy's 98 SS but i can't remember what wire on the PCM we used ( but i found it by doing a search).

yellow wire will hook up to the ground side of the FPSS.
grey not used.

If you are using the MSD Digital window switch in the setup it says for LS1's to set it to 1 Cylinder when we did this we didn't get the correct tach reading until we changed it to 4 Cylinder mode.

Yeah if you get the digital WS you have to set it on 4 cylinder mode!

If I remember correctly, the tach lead is the pin # 10 on the lower connector.
On the 1998 models, the tach wire is in the upper connector, pin #35. Both will be a white wire. Hope that helps.
