Should I use a Fuse with an NX Bottle Opener??
Hey guys,
About to finish wiring up my NX bottle opener and was wondering if I should add a fuse to the kit? NX doesn't call for one in their instructions, but then again, they don't call for a fuse in their nitrous systems, so I dont really trust them in that sense.
If so, what size fuse would you recommend and where should I mount it?? The wiring setup on this thing is a bit wierd, but I'm thinking on the 12v switch power line.
Thanks!

Every nitrous accessory I have wired up is fused.... It is not MANDATORY, but a fuse is never a bad idea.... Worst case scenario: the wire get's shorted out, melts the wire, melts the carpet, car catches on fire......
A fuse is not a bad idea...... I would say a 30 or 40 amp should suffice...

So a fuse on the switched 12v line, I assume?
