Been spraying around a 150 plus alittle for along time. Rear is fine, tranny was ok until I started spraying throught the shifts. She's slippin into third now so it's about time for a rebuild. I really can't believe that it lasted as long as it did.

when you say you sprayed through the shifts, do you mean that you had a WOT switch and just left the pedal to the floor? I'm curious because I'm gonna do a nitrous set up and run a WOT switch. Instead of a window switch I'm also going to run a button to push to engage the nitrous so it can only be used when the WOT switch and the button are both pushed. (mostly because I dont want to run nitrous off the line and the button is cheeper than a window switch.)

What I'm gettin at is, should I let off the button in between shifts if possible? Sorry, but I dont know too much about cars...well...compared to some of the people on this board.

I do run a WOT switch but I use a window switch to control the ON OFF. You can use a push button if you want and let off before the shift but your not going to be as consistant. You'll just don't want to be caught holding that button if you hit the rev limiter.

Spooled 12 bolt and a stock tranny. Seems to hold ok through my granny shifts! I am sure that when i get a little faster things will start breaking.
