What he has:

1996 LT1 Z28 Auto
Stock engine/trans/rear
Mods are catback/Lid/thermostat/Hypertech tuning/3.42 gears

He is looking for a dry system for around 600 bucks. Which system would you go with?

I have the NX MAF Plate System but that is too ritzy for him. He is on a limited budget.

I know he needs some safety features.. esp. bottle warmer.

any suggestions?

The dry kit that will work on the LT1 will be a NX or Zex system.Let me know if you need any help.

Can you put something together for me under 800 with accessories.. it can be either wet or dry. he has around 100 thousand on the clock.. automatic.. catback pulley lid gears.. thats it.

1996 camaro z28.

we would need bottle heater, window switch, system with bottle (either 10 or 15 pounds) no ZEX SYSTEM please.. I cant stand them.

thank you dave.

p.s. DAVE, I AM IN LOVE WITH MY NX MAF PLATE SYSTEM I BOUGHT FROM YOU GUYS!

simple dry system...
just walk into a shop that sells N2O parts and grab what you need for between $400 and $600 depending on if you already have a bottle, how you want to mount the pressure guage, and how many safety features you want.
Wire, relays, and switches can be picked up elsewhere in stores like radio shack or MCM electronics.

Actually no.The LT1 is not as simple as the LS1 to build a dry kit for.The LT1 uses a fmu to add fuel through the fuel injectors.Like a 5.0 mustang.

If he already has a means to tune the PCM, then yes it's just as easy.
