Default Nitrous fitting question, identify this part (PIC)

The middle fitting which is included with the 5177 kit. It holds the jet and I'm trying to find this piece at a 45 degree angle. I'll be spraying a K&N FIPK on a vette but I don't want to spray straight up into the MAF. I figure if I angle both jets at each other from the bottom of the K&N, the stream won't be directly into the MAF. Figure the nitrous stream like an upside-down Y. Anyone know exactly what part I'll need?

thanks

Would something like this help? It's an NOS 90* fan nozzle, think they are about $15. You might be able to get away with one nozzle instead of two. You'd probrably have to get some more braided line and new jets though.

PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But if I bought new jets and new line... that would be more than the $15. for another nossle. So will this hold my 5177 jets and mount up to the 5177 tubing?

Yes that should work for you. We sell both the nozzle and mount if you need them at www.dynotune.org

Cheers

I plumbed my 5177 into the side of the tube between the filter and MAF on my Halltech TRAP CAI. I used the 90 degree jet holders NOS part number 13656-NOS looks like this drilled out the side Click

See it here

This is the same part as the one that comes with the 5177 kit, but N20 comes out the side instead of out the end.

Ok... the fitting picture above is part #NOS-13500NOS. Here is a brief description... "Nitrous Oxide, Nozzle, Fan Spray, 1/16 in. NPT, Blue, Each"
I believe the stainless steel hoses from the solenoid to the nossle is a -3an line but the description of part #NOS-13500NOS states it's a 1/16" fitting?

Also, notice in my last picture there the screw-on washer which mounts the nossle to the intake. Any idea if this will work on this particular nossle?

DynoTuneN20... I checked your site and couldn't find the nossles I need. I saw fogger nossles but no nitrous fan nossles. Do you remember me, about 2 years ago I bought the bottle opener and the purge? The opener burnt up the first time I used it and the purge solenoid went bad last winter. I opened the bottle and the purge noid had a terrible leak. Took it apart, clean as could be. Just faulty. What are the chances you'd replace that?

The 1/16" NPT is the on the nozzles outlet side (so if you where threading it into an intake or anything else you would need a 1/16" tap). Your jet will go in the inlet side, I'm almost positive that all the NOS nozzles use a -3AN connection at the jet. It should work.

Great. Thanks! I think I'll just order 2 and give it a shot.
