Default Best thread sealer?

What works best for sealing the pipe joints on a nitrous system? I've used teflon paste, red loctite, etc. What do you guys use? I's ASSume the teflon paste, but every time I use it on these fine threads it kinda comes off as I thread it and then leaks. Seems to work fine on larger (coarser) threads.

I use red loctite for any pipe fitting that dosen't need to be 'clocked' like a gauge, which you usually want it to be viewed from a certain direction. The red loctite works great but while you are tightening it , it suddenly decides to lock up and you can't turn it any more.
For things that I need to clock, I use Loctite brand teflon sealer. I have had great luck with it.
