Default Safe to run a 50 or 75 shot without a dyno tune?

My nitrous install is almost done and I really want to test it out to make sure its working properly, but considering our fuel issues I dont want to run the 100 shot without a dyno tune. Its a head and cam package, an NX wet kit with stock fuel system using a KB boost-a-pump. (stock pump is only good for like 475whp)

When I was only bolt-ons, I ran a wet 100shot with no tune and no problems. If your heads/cam package was tuned aggressively for N/A performance, I would be careful. Definitely get it tuned at some point if you are going to be on the bottle regularly, or get a controller. Good luck and that should be a stout car!
