When do u change out your spark plugs, Once a year, Two years..... i got a 150 shot and use a 10 lbs bottle every 3 weeks........

Normally you should check them once a year at least. That's under normal driving. Using the bottle often, you should check them more often than that.

I change mine around 8-10 passes and that was running a 175 shot.

My car was a my daily, plus used it at the track. So I changed mine usually every other trip to the track. This was probably every 15 passes or so, with lot's of daily driving.
