I did a search and didn't come up with much. I'm making a mount for my bottle this weekend and I need some ideas...

If anyone has any pics w/o ur bottle mounted...just the wood, metal straps, or whatever u used please post them for me.

I recently seen where a guy used that flexable metal straps and had a "how to" post, who was that?

i used cardboard as a templet, placed it in. then cut it to fit.
mated it up to a piece of plywood. cut it out, sanded it. carpeted it. got some L brakets. attatched those to the metal part where the spare tire attaches.
bolt the bottle up to it and boom your done

I thought about using the flexable metal straps but it looks kinda cheesy. I even have carpet sittin in the grage that'll match very close

Carpet...to me it really doesn't matter if it matches exactly, it's gonna be hidden but when u do take the cover off at least u won't see plain wood. I have dark gray carpet, went to a car audio store right down the street but I'm sure u can get it somewhere else.

everybody wants to see where the bottle is, so i wanted to make it look nice.

screamin_z, just take your time. like i said i used cardboard as a templet.
lots of cutting and fitting.
