my 00 formula is a completely stock motor from TB to cats, no headers. where did you read that about my 00 formula? wish i did have headers. then it would be in the 10s.the wife's car has headers.
nothing internal has been done to the 00 formula motor, period. no heads, no cam, no headers, no timing chain, no LS6 intake, no skinny tires up front, like yours. your car may get it done with half the n2o (really need to fix that in your sig), but you have twice the motor. i'm not knocking your accomplishment. but we both acheive the same results in different ways.

5-6 tenths quicker is a lot IMO. its putting school busses on someone

The time in my sig is with lid, tuned(myself), headers, stall, new posi, and 100 shot everything else was stock. The other stuff was recently added about two weeks ago. I have no time with the new set up. A friend helped me install everything on my car, the tuning also with no professionals help. Okay so I got headers you don't, you got true duals and you're spraying a 200 shot mine is 100 so complare apples to apples now.
Mac header=$300 used
Stall=$500 used
Nitrous Kit=$550 used
Posi Unit=$300 new
LS1edit=$250 shared
Drag radials=$300 new
Not a lot to run in the low 11s.

damn it 2 camaros6702 - i wish i could do that. best i did with the 3.23 and stock converter is 1.88.
the thing with going to the higher stall, will net you lower et. it's typical to lose mph with higher stall due to high rpms inefficiency. stock converters are very efficient because they have such low stall rpms (1100). but, because of the low stall, it makes the motor lug down. that's the trade off. lower 60ft and ET with less mph. just means you are getting to the other end quicker from the acceleration.
